Easy to navigate and use. Also has the ability to provide easy to read reports to present to higher ups to show them that patching your software is important and Automox was worth the purchase.
It is basically set it and forget it, just pay attention to your failures and remediate as needed (very few require more than a "retry").
Good logging functions for troueshooting. Good dashboards to see the full picture of infrastructure healthy.
Also, I dislike that fact that I have to create a policy to make mass computers perform an action. There is no "select and execute" feature.
Powerful worklets predefined and the ability to create your own is awesome. An amazing community and very helpful staff as well.
Inability to tell if a user is logged in to a target machine.
Worklets feature is extreme useful for running scripts against your assets. This saved me big time with rolling out upgrades of AV software that were not exactly Big Sur ready.
There's no way to do bandwidth capping for downloads. There doesn't seem to be any uninstall prevention.
I love the ease of use especially when you're managing multiple sites. The Qualys dashboard has to be the best hands down.
Useless unprofessional support, unable to solve any of my issues. They were closing unresolved issues.
Overall We are happy, Web interface is very interactive and training are awesome.
Trust these amateurs at your own risk. If they are as incompetent as this, what are they missing.
True Positive Report for Vulnerability and VMDR is amazing really happy to use.
Scheduling tasks I found limited as I wanted a particular scan to run 2 days out of the month and was unable to do so.
Reporting & dashboard are of highly professional quality. Its now supper impressive to showcase these reports to management.
Support couldn't solve them, I got promises that it will be fixed in next release. Awful and unreliable reporting (errors on dashboards etc.).
