When Planning Maestro came out, we had the option then to move to something else but we stayed with Centage as PM is a solid budgeting and planning tool. It has good functionality and good support.
My only complaint is the amount of formatting I have to do when exporting a report to a spreadsheet.
It's a very easy to use product that helps you to manage your expense. Software offers many rich features like Asset Management, Budgeting, Expense Tracking, Financial Reporting, etc.
It takes anywhere from 1-3 minutes to run any report. Also, the inability to create a version and it to show up in all plans.
They have an excellent training staff, and they are more than happy to work through any situation that you have.
Setting up accounts (initially & adding new) and assigning to MEATs is confusing. Program does not allow for allocation of personnel & related SRE to various cost centers.
Can break down budget lines into as sophisticated detail as desired. Support staff are responsive, professional and helpful.
Financial statements and reports utilizing proper accounting format rules can be very hard or impossible to attain by generating them within Budget Maestro.
I am really happy and exceptionally relaxed with using this software. By far, its the most reliable and efficient software that I have encountered.
The only negative I have to say is the lack of compatability between MYOB and M-Powered services.
It is easy to navigate and does have some good features like the in-tray and linked bank accounts.
They might have stolen but it has cost them a customer and I will tell everybody I meet to avoid that software and company like the plague.
Valiant went through a 3rd party Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Ltd for our set up and integration. They were excellent and their customer service is great.
Data entry is not fluid and constant delays in processing. We contacted MYOB support regarding this and "they are working on the problem" so it appears it is a common problem.
This accounting solution has been working so well for use due to its effective features. MYOB Business has been highly reliable and easy to use.
Support is terrible and slow, you'll quickly get sick of the on hold music. Doesn't matter once you've identified yourself as soon as you're transferred you'll have to do it again.
