I like the ability to easily customize and make adjustments to our interfaces. With the ability to drill down into the data, it helps a ton.
Logs can be slow to browse, and Iguana sometimes hangs, but I suspect that's because of our infrastructure, and large amounts of data being processed. Channel names restricted to 30 characters.
