Easy purchasing, expense, and accounts payable automation for mid-size companies.
ERP solution that helps businesses in manufacturing, F&B, Cosmetics, Oil & Gas, and other industries manage transportation, human capital, real estate, and more.
Great company to work with, very flexible and helpful. Support always responded quickly and our [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was awesome.
As for general use, the only (tiny) con is around the "cancel" button. Intuitively, one would think by clicking this, the current action is cancelled, but instead this cancels the entire PR/PO.
The approval flow that the product allows is very nice and easy to set up. The system setup is logical, easy and the administration of the system is very simple once the setup is complete.
It was difficult to deploying the upgrade. Setting up structures and our GL was difficult.
Easy to use and accessible from anywhere, Fraxion is an excellent database to refer to when needed, especially for auditing purposes. The customer support team is excellent.
Occasional errors in accounting software when importing information if another user is in accounting system (has to do with batching).
Our experience with the software and Fraxion team has been very positive. We are hoping to improve spend approval process, automate processing and control our costs.
It would need to pull who the project manager is from our ERP software, and set the routing to go to that person instead, so no small feat. But, that's my one complaint.
This is a great tool for customer service. Having an answer on pricing and availability and historical pricing was awesome.
9 years of experience with JD Edwards software: Opinion, The single, worst piece of CMMS software I have Ever used.
It's very flexible and broad, with a particular strength for manufacturing organisations. It is a strong, comprehensive ERP solution for medium to large businesses, and of a high-quality.
The system interface looks a bit code heavy until you're used to it. If several departments are trying to run reports or enter data the system can be quite slow and even error out.
For Large size company, SAP and Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft ERP are good fit, for middle size company, Oracle JD Edwards ERP is the best fit, lowest cost, for small comany, netsuite is good option.
It logs you out too quickly after no activity and sometimes freezes.
As i have been using it for several years i would not like to switch to any other application. It is a great CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Very difficult to find the data or there is an influx of data and it takes a while to flush the data.
Ganapathy: Hello. My name is Ganapathy. I work as an operational excellence and quality assurance manager in the paper and forest products industry, and I give Oracle a rating of five. I use Oracle on a daily basis to solve production related issues, particularly customer complaints, and also to look up on time completion of pack products on our way to the customer. There are two features in Oracle that I liked the most. The first one are called the favorites feature, where if one runs multiple reports on any given day, one doesn't need to start from scratch in the menus, one can run them from one's favorite menu. And the other feature that I love most about Oracle is how user-friendly it is. It takes very little training from the outside to learn how to use it, as long as you have access to the features. You can play around with it and pretty much learn most of it by yourself. The feature that I like least about Oracle is some menu options do look a little old world as compared to more modern apps that we're used to. But one tends to look past the look and focus more on the functionality. But if it did look a little more modern, I think it would be more widely accepted among younger users.
