BPA Restaurant Professional vs Flipdish: Which is a better fit?

I help other Bars with different systems and in my option this is one of the best software packages out there and its backed up with top tier Tech Support Team.

Spent 2 months setting up on computer the went go live and data base was missing. I am a volunteer and only have time after hours to set this up.

I have been using it in my business for almost 11 years and they understand me and it has been an excellent growth relationship.

BUT I moved to Toast POS to solve this and deeply regret it.

Like Bilton inventory and ordering, and gift cards. This is a great budget minded solution for my high-volume bars and restaurants I highly recommend.

Never could get it working always had a data base fault.

BPA is great for out restaurant. It is easy to set up, easy to customize, and the tech support is amazing.

I found it very user friendly and it’s extended features are very useful and gives you control over your offerings it’s a great system.

There were a few errors initially that should have been amended before we went live.

Brilliant, very cooperative, full of continuous improvement projects and excellent customer care.

The system not permitting me to do partial refunds is a bit of problem. And not being able to sanction all promotions had proven to be different.

Good for building customer's loyalty to the business. If you actually convince customer to download the app...it makes a good tool then.

Lack of reporting, perhaps being able to categorise so that they can report under different tax brackets.

The simplicity and ease of use is of the ordering system is by far the best I've seen, and I've worked with many different providers. The customer service is next to none;fast, friendly, and reliable.

No count system as of yet (was told that it was in the works).
