I was irritated at the lack of flexibility when it came to setting up price structures for hire items.
Flawless and beyond helpful. Their support team genuinely seem eager to help you and are always there for you.
The system had no easy/obvious way to add the serial number to the auto generated paperwork.
My overall experience has been great, on the few occasions where I have needed help, the support team have been fantastic.
PO's don't copy as a draft when repeating a job. No feature to remember a sub-hired in price for a regular item.
The team are really friendly and helpful and we love that we can just give them a quick call if we have any questions.
I tried it at first and really made a mess of it. It's not something you need to learn or need to do again, so let them do it.
Jon: Hi, my name's Jon. I run a hire company based in Brighton, called Ooosh Tours Limited. We supply splitter vans and backline and rehearsal rooms for bands on tours, festivals, and events. We use HireHop, and I would rate it five stars, five out of five. So prior to moving to HireHop, we used to use a piece of software called inspHire, which wasn't really suitable for our needs. It didn't really work the way we wanted to work. It was quite clunky and clumsy, and quite expensive. So we moved to HireHop. We found it a very cost-effective piece of hire software. The main reason really was the level of support we got. We found the folks there very helpful, very responsive to questions, very keen and eager to take on board our suggestions and ideas. Yeah, it's a super great bit of software. We use it every day, and it's very easy and pleasant to use. So the folks at HireHop were really helpful. They did various video calls with us, showing us how to use the software. And then when it came time to actually subscribe and go with them, the onboarding process was super simple. It's a very intuitive bit of software, and making accounts for people was probably about as easy as it could be really. I would strongly recommend any hire companies to look at using HireHop. When we moved away from our previous bit of software, we did look at several others, and in the end, HireHop stood head and shoulders above any of those, really. That's in terms of features, in terms of customer support, and again, in terms of their pricing.
