A few key features are missing or difficult to understand.
Customer service and the representative that helped with set up was very nice and helpful. Sensitive content hidden] has been very supportive.
Difficult to set up billing properly, still issues after 2 years, EMR is not intuitive and incessantly and unnecessarily difficult.
But since I have started using it, I use it for all my prescriptions because I love the ease and speed of prescribing, and the ease of maintaining prescription records.
Our compounded scripts aren't being received by other pharmacies. Live chat stopped working for us after the first few weeks.
We love the product...it is very comprehensive covers all of are needs. It is also perfect for a small office the initial investment and on going costs are something we could afford.
There are a few areas of the product that are inconvenient and that is being unable to delete charts that were done in error, as well as, deleting accounts that are no longer needed.
Conclusion - Great program, fair price (way less than one that I looked at that was comparable), wonderful customer service, and a company dedicated to being the best.
Worse than that, when you are learning the system, they provide long boring video tutorials with way too much detail about what every single button does.
Ease of use, professional/technologically up-to-date, GREAT customer service, fair price for what you get (It's really does way more than we imagined!), it is now Mac-friendly (!).

However, it's not robust enough for what we need in terms of the EHR, the electronic records, and just data capture. We chose Rxnt because of its cost. It's on the price range that we were comfortable with, and then the needed applications in terms of e-prescribing, billing, it is all there. Rxnt provided us the training that we needed to properly use it. They helped us set up in terms of the billing, setting up our insurance companies, setting up our templates. That's about it. If you are a pharmacy looking for an EHR software and you're just starting, check on Rxnt just because they're in that portable price range and they're robust enough to meet the pharmacy needs.
