iSalus EMR vs 75health: Which is a better fit?

We love the product...it is very comprehensive covers all of are needs. It is also perfect for a small office the initial investment and on going costs are something we could afford.

There are a few areas of the product that are inconvenient and that is being unable to delete charts that were done in error, as well as, deleting accounts that are no longer needed.

Conclusion - Great program, fair price (way less than one that I looked at that was comparable), wonderful customer service, and a company dedicated to being the best.

Worse than that, when you are learning the system, they provide long boring video tutorials with way too much detail about what every single button does.

Ease of use, professional/technologically up-to-date, GREAT customer service, fair price for what you get (It's really does way more than we imagined!), it is now Mac-friendly (!).

I had to discard hours of work and dollars spent to accept another template in their library. Customer service is absolutely horrible.

The initiation team is good. The calendar is pretty good and appointment reminders are nice.

We've had an ongoing issue since January 2023 and it's now July 2023. I've requested many times to speak to a human because something must be getting lost in the ticket submission process.

Thanks to the time, effort and money put in by the developers of this free solution. I wish they can continue to find enough funding for this good inititiative.

There were two down times and any downtime for a cloud based EMR is bad.

This software very much help me reach my business potential. It was easy to use and super capable to handle all the things that I needed to accomplish.

You have to remember your Kpid and there is no mobile app.

It saves the time and cost. Its amazing customizable features for all specialization is helpful to all kind of doctors.

I really don't like the fact that this software lack certain relevant parameters.

Its most amazing features are like-able. Inbuilt automatic alerts and auto remainders to the patients, auto report generations,appointment fixing are like-able.

Medical billing and chief complaint was a smooth transaction for the most part.
