Catapult is a product that is very user-friendly and it is easy to deploy. They have good customer support and the staff is very friendly.
The reporting can be odd at times if you use too many filters.
As an IT, that is a big asset as there are times that I can troubleshoot my own issues and solve most of them without needing to reach out to customer support.
Sometimes it takes them weeks or months to solve some of the issues which can be very frustrating on our end.
Catapult has been able to solve a great number of those processes and put us in a much better position to not only operate, but to grow at a rapid pace as well.
