Mitchell RepairCenter vs Shopmonkey: Which is a better fit?

The ease, the detailed illustrations, the ability to look up time for repair work, and the ability to get the right parts for my customers.

Unlike competing products, Mitchell cannot incorporate pictures taken with a cell phone to document problem areas or existing body damage on a customer car; the list of "cannots" goes on and on.

It is user friendly and allows the user to search via multiple parameters. Parts are broken down in easy to find sections and results are easy to read with clear diagrams.

The price is way too high and and getting out of a contract is impossible even if the product or add on was horrible.

All together a great product, works without fail. Updated regularly, great technical support team.

For even the plainest of cars. Part location does not exist, diagrams are a mess to find, and when found they DO NOT HAVE CONNECTOR VIEWS, and i go back to google.

When using Mitchell I loved the idea that you could look up service history.

It's not instant, there is a brief delay after clicking that you have to wait for before the page loads.

Easy to integrate, easy to use, and more features and benefits that work seamlessly. Customers love the way it works with text message updates.

We're a small (growing) team. Before Shopmonkey, one of our weak points as a business was "dropping" customers inadvertently because their calls or emails got lost in the sea of interest.

One the greatest features is it's ability to track procurement processes. The platform also allows effective communication with customers that ensures the work progress is up to date.

It's hard to put a finger on this because whenever a fault is found they are very responsive to fixing it or explaining how to do it when it is end user error.

Has to be the ease of use. It is such a user friendly program and it is only getting better.

In my opinion , a " pay per feature " instead of the bundles packages.

The discount feature is great. The ability to find things by whatever you can remember about the job, customer, or vehicle is great.

A problem that Shopmonkey fixed for me was the constant strain to calculate sales tax, markup pricing, and really staying organized. 10 experience all the way around.
