Designed for automotive repair shops, dealerships, parts suppliers, insurers, manufacturers, and related businesses, that helps manage their operations and optimize customer satisfaction.
AutoServe1 is designed for the industry-leading auto service centers who want to bring more education and transparency to their customers using photo and video inspections.
The best part has to be how easy it is to follow the vehicle progress through the facility. Especially helpful when you have multiple repairs going through your shop.
I don't see any point that is negative at the moment.
CCC has always been responsive, and my favorite thing about them is that they are very forward thinking. They are the only company that had photo estimating when covid hit and online scheduling.
There aren't many things to say here but I do have one or two complaints. I have and pay for the RPS option which is to populate recycled parts for the vehicle I am writing.
Overall We've reduced redundant operations, increased labor productivity, and we now have a fantastic way to measure our shop's performance as well a the performance of our team members.
Sometimes it lags but once restarted it will work.
And it is worth every penny. It is highly sophisticated and I cannot stress this enough a true All in One.
My preference is for CCC One to also include an accounting segment to reduce the administrative burden of exporting to a different accounting system.
They say pictures are worth a thousand words (and they are), but the videos are fantastic (show a picture of a worn ball joint - VIDEO!). We also deal with a great number of fleet customers.
Sometimes have problems with transferring orders from Mitchell software. If there are internet problems, the system is not functional.
Excellent tool for consultation with customers, great visual aid, positive feedback from customers, has helped sell vehicle maintenance.
Delay times, connectivity / drop outs, sometimes pictures do not come through and/or the drop down selections are not what the tech had chosen.
Improved communication and trust with our customers. Improved inspections with pictures.
Can be unreliable at times affecting workshop productivity, pictures can be missing once the inspection has been finished.
The ability to capture pictures and video from our vehicle inspections it's a huge step forward in being able to gain customers' trust.
The glitches create problems and delays. Sometimes system goes down.
Jose: My name is Jose. I'm the founder of a management consulting firm. I rated CCC ONE Total Repair Platform four out of five stars. And for more reviews like this just click below. Before switching to CCC ONE, we were using a small piece of software called Tracker and it was designed for mom and pops. And when we're turning out 50 cars a day, we were no longer a mom and pop and we needed something that could scale with us. Some of the reasons we chose CCC ONE was integrated parts, ordering, updated parts pricing, being able to follow the job and ultimately reduce the amount of paper that we actually use in the shop to kind of keep a cleaner carbon footprint, if you will. So it saved us a good amount of money just in printing in paper fees alone. Getting started with CCC was a bit of a challenge. And the only reason I say that is because we went from a very small constrained system to something that incorporated everything from the front end to the back end of the business. So getting everybody on board and getting everyone trained in different aspects of the software and having them understand how everything works together was difficult. The good thing is that they helped us with onboarding and ultimately it was a fairly smooth transition. I think that if anyone's considering CCC, you definitely want to track how much time you're spending doing some of the tasks that can potentially be automated. For example, our guys used to spend hours per day on the phone calling and ordering parts or following up to find out when a part would arrive. Thanks to CCC ONE, we're able to submit the order electronically, get an electronic notification once the order is received, and we're able to see draft invoices before the parts come into our facility so we know what's coming. And so that cut down the amount of phone time and in turn made our process a lot smoother.
