Shopify is an excellent solution for both beginners and professionals. They offer a 14-day free trial and it is user friendly.
Shopify refused and the Vendor was very apologetic and said they heard all the time from customers how unprofessional Shopify's policies were.
I have learned that selling is not only good for profit but also advertising since it shows to a large audience your reliable.
It can be a bit confusing and scary when you first look at it with a blank website.
The experience was great and saving money and getting rewarded is worth it in the end and your rewards add up.
When you want to implement your custom storefront you have to look around and understand more things. The Storefront API has some limits, refuses connections and returns errors from time to time.
Overall it's been a great experience. I had previously been hesitant about downloading the app, but once I did I was glad I had, ease of use, and notification is top notch.
Each time I close this software, I'll have to re-login typing my email and password and it freezes sometimes, I'll have to logout and login again to see my sales stats.

Awful, I'm a daily user of MyPOS & overall, I dislike this entire program. The fact that it is slow is enough of a reason to hate this program.
Easy integration, easy to create hot keys, good permissions control, good out of the box reporting plus the ability to create custom reports.
Our web-team struggled hard at the start of MyPOS. They were told the API was ready and could do a lot and it didn't, to put it bluntly it was a horrible.
We are extremly happy with the system and the integrators (TriCity). The system is very stable, user friendly and we are able to customize pretty much everything that we want.
Missing basic features with-in the product itself, causing you to have to leave the product screen and go run individual reports to find the answer to you questions.
I love the feature of the import and export when doing counts, POs, and inventory corrections. The amount of field to get nuanced information when searching is perfect.

Luis V.: My name is Luis. My position in my job is a warehouse administrator. The company has approximately 6 to 5 employees, depending on the season. It's a small company and it's a manufacturing company and I give Shopify 5 stars. It's a great, great platform to use. The problems that we bring and solve us using Shopify is the websites that we use, it gets to our customers in an impactful way because we get to show what our company is about using the websites that we make in the Shopify platform and it just creates a better view of what we do and so far, it has helped many of our customers with their business. So we also recommend our customers to use Shopify as well and it's very, very cost-efficient as well. It's priced very well. I'm surprised of the price that they have. So we enjoy using Shopify a lot. The most that we love about Shopify is how easy it is to use and again, it's very convenient. It reaches people all around the world. It's not just the United States that we live in. But it reaches people. We have customers that we reach all the way to Hong Kong, all the way to Australia. So it's something that's not just centered in one small area. It's something that's global, we could say and it's a great, great platform, to be honest. One thing I have noticed about the platform that we don't agree on is sometimes when we try to ... This is the problems that we've had. When we try to log into the platform, it gives us many times errors. We don't know why. There was one time that we did get, in a sense, it was compromised. But it wasn't to a degree that was very serious. But we got hold of Shopify and they told us that it wasn't a common issue and it might have been something that we did at our end. But as everything else that Shopify offers we're really okay with it. It was just that one little thing that we were concerned about for a little bit. But we got through it and we figured out the problem and we figured out that it was our fault. So that's it. That's all I have to say.
