Broadbean is the global market leader in multiposting and search technology. Serving over 9000 clients globally, helping them to save time and money within their recruitment processes.
Top Echelon is essential for our agency to keep organized with our jobs, applicants, and client marketing. They also have fantastic training programs and the customer service is great.
Hotlists should be suggested based on the skills of the candidate. Boxes for compensation are useless.
Has many great features that makes it easy to use the software when doing your job. Emailing option is wonderful.
The interface is clunky and old. It’s hard to get candidates into the system and no pictures.
I would say the ease of use of the product is great. Customer service has been outstanding.
In my opinion extremely poor recruiting software overall. Shows only surface familiarity with the actual work and daily operations of a recruiting professional.
This brings up a very import asset to converting to Big Biller. Our conversion support we received from Big Biller was amazing.
Can't attach email without it going to recipient's spam folder.
The best feature of broadbean in my opinion is the ability to integrate into CRM. The tool is very reliable and user friendly as well.
Some of the functionality of Indeed.com is lost when accessing through Broadbean (nothing major though).
I love the ability to integrate Broadbean into our current CRM. It was very easy and has been reliable ever since implementation with no downtime at all to get the tool implemented and ready to use.
No auto user provisioning makes it a pain to add users to another system. Manually changing credentials could be a smoother process as well.
I love the website design and how easily accessible it is. The green and white colors of the web page are very consistent with the logo which I liked to see.
Occasionally I had problems with the Software freezing on me, but this was not a re-occurring issue. Also, if you do have problems with the Software it can be a nightmare to reach Customer Service.
Definitely recommend trialing it as a tool. I think it's one of the most widely used in the Agency Staffing / Recruitment industry so reliable and likely it will have the integrations that you need.
Most of the time it is a complete waste of my time to go on the site.
Blair P.: Hello. My name is Blair. I'm a director of recruiting with a national staffing and recruiting company. I would rate Big Biller four out of five stars. I actually, in my current position, we were starting a new division so we were actually starting from scratch and reviewing all options available as far as the ETS systems. At my previous job, I used a system called Bullhorn. That was a fairly good system. It happened to be very pricey and the customer service was not as responsive as what we noticed with some of the other companies that we had assessed as we were exploring our options. Big Biller, first and foremost, we reached out to probably about half a dozen companies and Big Biller was instantly kind of at the top of our list, just because of being customer service that we noticed even without being their customer. They were extremely responsive and very detailed with their answers and support. They also offered a two week trial, which was something we really liked so that we could try it before we bought the product. What we noticed during that trial really just kind of sealed the deal. It was a very easy to learn program. Everything's very customizable and it was easy to really allow our team to work seamlessly, whether they were at home or at various offices. Getting started with Big Biller was really easy. As I mentioned, not only was their customer support really responsive if we did have any questions along the way, but built into the system is a variety of onboarding videos that are right at your fingertips, and you can do them at your own convenience. In addition to that, the system itself was just very user-friendly. So even without the videos, our whole team felt very comfortable in getting started. If you are considering Big Biller or other ATS systems, I would highly recommend trying out the free two week trial. I think that's the best way to really try it before you buy it to get to see if it's something that fits the needs of your business and is comfortable for your team to use. I would also recommend reaching out to various companies and seeing how responsive their customer service is, because once you become a customer, if you've run into any issues, you're going to want that timely support. I really think you'll see Big Biller stand out from that perspective as well.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
