SubHub is the platform for the passion economy. Expert publishers, course creators, instructors and coaches all use SubHub to publish their content and get paid via subscription, membership and more.
Kajabi is an all-in-one platform for entrepreneurs to build, market, and sell digital products based on their expertise.
SubHub was one of the best decisions we made when deciding on a membership platform for our website. They were super helpful with the setup.
Other problem is with pdfs. They have a feature to protect the pdf from downloading, but the resolution is terrible and the site that encrypted the pdf has a fee.
They have provided me such amazing customer service over these 10 years. Whenever I have a question or an issue, they have always made me feel like they care.
Some glitches and inconsistencies have caused mild frustration. Not consistent across all browsers.
I would highly recommend the speedy setup service. We had a knowledgeable and talented designer help us produce a fantastic website that does exactly what we wanted it to do.
That has been a problem for some of our sales since people couldn't find that link, so we will probably close the Subhub Store and link to our TpT store instead.
Customer service is outstanding!!! They respond quickly, efficiently, provide screen prints to help resolve your issue.
Kind of confusing or difficult to use at first, but once you get the hang of it , it is totally manageable.
They have the "onboarding a new customer" process down. From the training to the welcome video from the founder, they do make you feel like you have made a good choice right from the start.
If you're looking for an all-in-one platform, Kajabi provides it. However, the poor email deliverability, lack of customer service, and limited customization kills it.
You can find many apps that try to do what Kajabi does but trust is very important to me. And Kajabi is not only trustworthy but has great style.
Customer Service has decline terribly - over an hour and no resolution to a simple problem.
Kajabi has brilliant and super amazing features. The reliability of Kajabi makes it an incredible solution.
It is still limited in it's integration and I find it a struggle sometimes to integrate other third party software.
If you enjoy the quality and customer service of Whole Foods and Amazon...Kajabi has a very similar culture. Working with them has been one of best business choice we've ever made.
Very shady marketing and abysmal customer service. Company willing to completely rip people off with no remorse.
Amanda H.: Hi, I'm Amanda. I am a copywriter and launch strategist for coaches in the online space and we utilize Kajabi frequently, and I would say I give them a five star all around. I love everything from their interface to their customer service. So in a day-to-day I use Kajabi for my own business, positioning my offers for people to purchase, whether it's my copywriting course or services that I offer, like one-on-one coaching. Additionally, I do sales funnel builds and course builds for clients. So, on a regular basis I'm in there doing tagging and email sequences and building out designs, the whole nine yards. All right. So as a creative, I really love the robust versatility that Kajabi provides, everything from their email sequences to being able to plug-and-play in a sales page, and even being able to add coding in there. Those are things that, as a creative, I really value when I choose a platform to work with. All right. So what I would say that I dislike most about Kajabi at this time is it seems like every time we get new features being presented to us, they are adding additional costs to be able to utilize those in a lot of the areas. For instance, the app feature that came out is quite costly to add it on to an already expensive platform.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
