There are several places to hold data about an abstract and sometimes trying to combine data from 2 different areas is rather difficult.

Some registrants got confused that you had to register for oxford abstracts and then register again for the actual conference.

The low send volumes for email newsletters, coupled with the high cost and poor email builder (white-labeled SendGrid) are extremely annoying.
Excellent user support and customer service- EventBank team members supported throughout the process of setting up the event, polite and helpful. Can't wait to use it again.
It's drag and drop functionality is also its weakness as it limits users' ability to design the emailers and website they way they need it to be.
Furthermore, we have been very happy with the responsiveness and commitment to the results we have received from Glue Up.
I still need to completely familiarize myself with all the features, however, the biggest challenge I have running an NGO is the fact that our funds are quite limited.
Lastly, the customer support has been amazing. I have been extremely comfortable using this software knowing that the support/CS team is there every step of the way.
