Truckbase vs TransPlus: Which is a better fit?

I would highly recommend Truckbase to anyone looking to improve and expand their company and improve profits.

My only complaint would be that some addresses are incorrect, or there's multiples of the same location (user error) and I'm not able to delete the ones that are wrong/we don't need.

Truckbase and their support team have been excellent to work with. Their quick response to feedback is impressive.

The only current negative I have, and I know they are working on, is the access from a phone.

It has been a great experience so far getting Truckbase setup and working with the team. My drivers were able to pick it up right away and we have been successfully using it for months.

Now, we manually have to download/upload hundreds of invoices that stuck in Truckbase.

My overall experience was great honestly their customer service was great response time was always either right then and or next day.

Reports, empty and loaded miles, are things in development but haven't been implemented yet.

We are pretty happy with TP and their software and would recommended it to anyone. We look forward to more years with TP.

System lagging at times, causing trouble and not being able to dispatch thereafter.

Simple to use, user friendly, experience. Online self help portal was a real help and benefit.

Someetimes, there is aglitch on it and it stuck sometimes.

Very good and would recommend it to other logistics companies.

It often struggled to keep pace with modern technologies and integration needs, which sometimes resulted in inefficiencies and complications.

The dispatching platform and the workflow in particular are user friendly and include all pertinent information for a positive and informative dispatching experience.

When there is an update in Sage have to contact trans plus ; without contacting doing update is a complete mess.
