On-premise issue tracking system that enables developers to manage and track change requests, bug modification, enhancement, issues, file modification & more.
I have used several other software products over the years so have used both good and not so good ones, and I would thoroughly recommend SpiraPlan.
When lots of test cases are created the app gets sloppy and confused.
It is a very stable and reliable piece of software. I find it great for managing tasks for staff working remote from the office.
It's a minor inconvenience: response time when first logging-in to the system is somewhat slow.
The support team at Inflectra is also top notch. Any time I had a question/issue, they were there to help in a quick and friendly manner.
The report generated is not as extensive is it should, some details are not readily included and no customization to the report seem can be done.
A much improved interface UI for testing and positively best option for requirements management in a testing tool.
Support for reviews is a bit rudimentary - this is, IMO, the weakest part of the tool.
Being an open source tool makes Bugzilla am an excellent choice for new and medium-sized businesses. It has very simple, clear, easy to use interfaces which is a very good choice for beginners too.
The interface is terrible, sometimes you will get lost in the application. You should consider this option only if you couldn´t find any other.
Great management bug tool, works so nice to report bugs, works very well with a team. Great call for beginners.
The only problem I faced was there is no support agile developments as there is no concept of sprints integrated with Bugzilla.
The best thing is the simplicity of the User Interface, anyone can easily understand. Ability to Establish workflows for the escalation process to track down.
UI looks old and it's difficult to read the information. It has a lot of information and you can get lost.
Performance is good, better than JIRA. It's easy to automate bug reporting with Bugzilla, it has an API to interact with the system.
Lack of mobile based UI. Steep learning curve in administration tasks.
