DreamClass vs ASAP: Which is a better fit?

The team is super helpful, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] our main contact person is just wonderful and very responsive. Adding in our students and their info has been super easy.

I have run into trouble with parents signing back into their accounts after initial registration.

Great support and sales team. Overall, the navigation and flow of the platform are great and getting better very frequently.

The only areas that appear difficult are the ones that we have not needed to use or have not yet used, such as the grading system for our students.

By implementing Dreamclass we have streamlined our processes at the school, reduced data entry and increased transparency of account management to reduce errors.

We have enjoyed using Dream class for the last 9 or so months and have moved into the platform with ease, thanks to the wonderful customer service we always receive.

If I want to be very, very demanding, it could have some integration regarding expenses and some economic aspects.

Complete reports that enable fine grained digging. Outstanding customer service, very friendly support team.

Too many complaints from parents/customers that the Apply to Total should be a button not just words so parents/customers don't miss it when they have a promo code.

I have recommended this system to every organization I have worked for (past and present) and strongly encourage anyone interested in growing their enrollment and revenue to join the ASAP team.

The reservations module is terrible. I have no way to book certain spaces for my instructors and have it reflect on the master calendar.

The solution is robust and has all the features we need. The staff using the solution finds it friendly and it is easy to set up and get adoption from new users.

Some problems with our site wrap not following through all navigation instances. Browser compatibility through all browser types has also been a minor issue.

It has been good to have the history of students at our finger tips. If you need someplace to keep your records it's good.

My biggest complaint is you can't try it out before you sign a 3-year contract. I have specific needs, which they told me they could provide for.
