TRS vs Eventleaf: Which is a better fit?

They are always willing to answer questions and the follow up truly helps build the relationship with our team and theirs. Overall, I have had a very positive and great experience using the software.

Sometimes it can be a little confusing especially for newbies.

We also received great customer service from our account manager, Tammy. Any question we had, she was quick to respond and provided great training and suggestions on how to build the most useful site.

Have to contact TRS for making new pages. Group registrations is confusing.

The team is always very responsive and technically astute. They have developed a robust platform and have made it easy to integrate in a very secure manner.

Simplifying the group sign-up feature would be helpful. And, when a volunteer signs up, the country and state drop downs are a little irritating.

All in all TRS was a great system and any limitations that I encountered were more than worth the other advantages they offered us.

Sometimes I still think the process for the volunteers can be difficult, I still hear from people having trouble. Sometimes I cannot pull all reports I would like to.

I would surely recommend Eventleaf for the improving the functionality of the company, as it is completely reliable and easy to use. A wonderful solution to many business problems.

We were storing contacts in MS Excel before and it was very difficult to manage it as sometimes the entries crossed 600 and sending email to everyone was a difficult job but we had to do it.

Also the app looks fantastic and displays our announcement and information in a very professional, easy to use and visually appealing way. We are very pleased with the product.

Inability to edit some features once an event is published.

I think this software is fantastic for anyone that could benefit from better managing event processes.

I was not able to use the feature because I needed the nametags to be more standard - everyone's name the same size font instead of Stephen looking normal and Bob looking very big and awkward.

At the beginning, I chose eventleaf because they accepted my client's very low budget. However, I was amazed of the ease of using the backend, I admired how immediately any changes are applied.

Now, if someone wishes to cancel due to illness or some other thing, it's easy to check out of the list.
