The team is always very responsive and technically astute. They have developed a robust platform and have made it easy to integrate in a very secure manner.
Simplifying the group sign-up feature would be helpful. And, when a volunteer signs up, the country and state drop downs are a little irritating.
All in all TRS was a great system and any limitations that I encountered were more than worth the other advantages they offered us.
Sometimes I still think the process for the volunteers can be difficult, I still hear from people having trouble. Sometimes I cannot pull all reports I would like to.
