Ease is built for small and medium-sized group health insurance brokers and their clients to simplify benefits administration and HR processes.
This software is not only user friendly, it's effective, cost efficient and the customer support is outstanding.
This is a terrible system with even worse support. The only reason I haven't switched systems is because of my capacity, but I will be making it a priority to switch within the next month.
Overall, Paylocity offers a good overall view of your performance as an employee and of your benefits. The interface is decently easy to use and the dashboards are clear and visually appealing.
There are no feature or aspects of Paylocity to express in a negative way.
As an employee who has to clock in and out of Paylocity, it is great. Paylocity is so easy to use and all of our information for benefits, payments, questions to ask HR are all right there.
The dashboard is TOO confusing for some people-this is NOT technologically inept friendly at all.
The product has great payroll ability, and it has been mostly reliable so far. I like that it is easy to maintain data integrity in the system, and the self-service portal is also very helpful.
It’s just not working well to record my hours worked.
Ease is a great system, learning and adapting with input from brokers and end users. It's got a great look and feel to it and the ever growing 3rd party connections and integrations are awesome.
The termination experience was really shady. It should be illegal to put 90 day termination clauses in contracts where all of their expense is on the setup (which takes all of 15 minutes).
I have had a great experience. Ease takes my suggestions for any type of improvement into consideration and is great on customer service.
Waiting patiently for file feeds to the carriers to be set up. The only piece of EaseCentral that is lacking is the inability to actually send enrollments to the carriers.
Ease has been easy to use and download enrollment forms or reports needed to send to the carriers to get enrollment processed and completed. Ease provides good training for both us and out clients.
The lack of options in the H.S.A. contribution build and the cap on broker users.
The regular updates are great. They seem to be focusing on improving the software even more which is great to see.
ACA reporting - this can be challenging and sometimes they are not able to fix mistakes that occur (such as newborn dependents don't show up until the month after their birth).
Speaker 1: My name is Angela. I work for Diaco Inc. My position is accounting and HR, and I give Paylocity a rating of four out of five. Our company uses Paylocity for basically payroll purposes. We do all of our new hires. We do basically anything that has to do with the human resources side of it, as well as payroll. For me, originally when I started Paylocity, it was very user-friendly. However, I've noticed over time it's gotten humongous and there are things that I do not know how to navigate, so sometimes that's difficult. One thing that I would definitely change about it is, again, when I first started, we had an actual person that was designated to our company, and since I've been there, they have changed that person so many times. We don't know who our representative is anymore. We just basically, when we call in, we get somebody who's there because our representative is always busy. And a lot of times we're on hold for a long time. The company's just gotten really big actually, and it's hard to get quality service right now.
