This software is not only user friendly, it's effective, cost efficient and the customer support is outstanding.
This is a terrible system with even worse support. The only reason I haven't switched systems is because of my capacity, but I will be making it a priority to switch within the next month.
Overall, Paylocity offers a good overall view of your performance as an employee and of your benefits. The interface is decently easy to use and the dashboards are clear and visually appealing.
There are no feature or aspects of Paylocity to express in a negative way.
As an employee who has to clock in and out of Paylocity, it is great. Paylocity is so easy to use and all of our information for benefits, payments, questions to ask HR are all right there.
The dashboard is TOO confusing for some people-this is NOT technologically inept friendly at all.
The product has great payroll ability, and it has been mostly reliable so far. I like that it is easy to maintain data integrity in the system, and the self-service portal is also very helpful.
It’s just not working well to record my hours worked.
Overall pretty good, the pros definitely outweigh the cons and I think the ease of use is pretty good.
One time I accidentally hit the back button in my browser and lost all of my progress. Now I write everything in a google doc and paste it into ChartHop when I'm done.
I like that it can be integrated into other websites. It is integrated to our internal website which i love.
Sometimes we thought there was something missing, but usually upon further examination, the feature was actually there we just didn't know it.
ChartHop was recommended as the system I should look at. I downloaded the system to my laptop and, after some initial testing, I am very impressed with the system.
Sometimes problems arises in approximating the mappings.
It is super easy to use and has a very intuitive interface. The software is very easy to use and in a few minutes I was able to import all my existing employees and they were available for hire.
That it is hard to get a hold of customer service.
Speaker 1: My name is Angela. I work for Diaco Inc. My position is accounting and HR, and I give Paylocity a rating of four out of five. Our company uses Paylocity for basically payroll purposes. We do all of our new hires. We do basically anything that has to do with the human resources side of it, as well as payroll. For me, originally when I started Paylocity, it was very user-friendly. However, I've noticed over time it's gotten humongous and there are things that I do not know how to navigate, so sometimes that's difficult. One thing that I would definitely change about it is, again, when I first started, we had an actual person that was designated to our company, and since I've been there, they have changed that person so many times. We don't know who our representative is anymore. We just basically, when we call in, we get somebody who's there because our representative is always busy. And a lot of times we're on hold for a long time. The company's just gotten really big actually, and it's hard to get quality service right now.
Speaker 1: My name's Andrew, I'm a senior program manager and I would give ChartHop a four out of five. For more reviews like this click below. Before ChartHop, we were using ADP to manage our org charts and performance reviews. But the ADP system is just dated and tough to navigate, and lacks a lot of modern functionality. We chose ChartHop because it was a dedicated tool to complete these two functions of managing org charts and performance reviews, and the tool was clearly built around these two things. So, it did a great job at these two things and didn't offer a ton of other functionality that we didn't need, and didn't need to pay for. Getting started with ChartHop was relatively easy. We were able to connect it to our workforce management system to get our org charts built in the ChartHop system, and initiating performance reviews for the first cycle was super easy, everything went exactly as expected and didn't require a ton of setup in advance. My main recommendation for anybody consider ChartHop would be just to make sure that it integrates well with your workforce management systems, and that it's not going to require a lot of manual management on an ongoing basis. Because it's a great tool if most of the work is automated, but if it requires a lot of manual work, it's probably not going to solve any of your problems.
