Overall it has been good working with them. CSR at the company is hands down a great resource and extremely helpful when I had an issue or just needed help getting something to work.
There are errors or warnings that are posted that are transient. The overall score can be impacted negatively by transient states.
I was SUPER pleased with the turnaround. Along with the performance of the product, SenteyOne customer service moved us to purchase this product.
There are some errors that are reported, but the source of the error is not easily found... it requires additional queries in SSMS to find the underlying issue.

The way blocking is presented sometimes is a little confusing.
PMM provides great metrics of MySQL and mongodb in depth which helps to improve performance of my database stack and helps to find root cause of any issue.
I don't like too much Grafana. Grafan for me is a trick and from time to time the server simply lost my changes.
This tool so far has been very good and has given us good benefits, we have monitored many servers as it has exhaustive monitoring of your cloud applications, this tool is worth it.
Installing the tool on older version servers might be a challenge. The agents don't run on old systems or are very hard to upgrade if previous version was used.
Overall experience is good and it feels you like it will help you to complete the work within stipulated time.
In case of any wrong configuration while deployment, it simply throws the error handshake failed. Having some more details will be really helpful to fix it quicker.
PMM out of the box has been a great help in seeing what is going on in our environments.
