Currently, I have some registrations in Simpletix that I will have to manually put into a new registration system once I figure out what that will be, and we have customers upset they can't register.
The main feature our team loved is the ease of use to build, draw, and add seats to a venue and categorize it all with clear ease of use. We also love that it integrates with SquareUp so cleanly.

The back-end interface is confusing, and could use a real examination and streamlining. You can't always get to what you need, and I never feel like I know the exact steps to find something.
Kate Y.: Hi. I am Kate. I'm the executive director of a modern dance company, and I would give SimpleTix a four out of five. We implemented SimpleTix because our previous box office software program ceased to exist, so we had to find a new solution and were excited to have the opportunity to find something that might better serve our purposes. We ultimately decided to go with SimpleTix for a few reasons. Number one was the easy integration with Square, which was a product that we already had set up and were using for other purposes within the organization. Also went with SimpleTix because our initial contact with customer service was so amazing. The agent that we spoke to was super helpful and basically set up our whole first event for us. So it was just really easy to get it going. Getting SimpleTix up and running for our start of our fall season was super easy because the customer service agent that we worked with from the get-go helped us get it all going. The menus are really easy to navigate, the reports are really easy to navigate, so it's been really easy to get it up and running and have it ready to go for when we needed it. For those considering SimpleTix, it's super easy to integrate for box office and ticket sales. Some of the limitations that we are finding is that our previous product also had donor and CRM functions, and this product does not do that, so we are currently looking to figure that out right now and figure out how we can manage our customer database after the ticket sale portion is completed.
