The best thing I liked in Sisense is that its very user friendly, very easy to use. Dashboard built using Sisense looks very professional.
ElastiCube manager is limited to inner joins and some errors seen when an ElastiCube build fails are hard to diagnosis.
Customer Success team is very valuable, providing proactive guidance on best practices, feature roadmap and putting us in touch with the necessary resources needed to be successful.
When elasticubes fail, some errors are impossible to really know what caused it. We had cases where cube builds would somehow trigger a "Server was unexpectedly shutdown during the build process.
From our Sales Manager (Connor) to our Customer Success Manager and Onboarding Manager, each have expressed a sincere commitment to ensuring a successful & efficient implementation of the product.
Our biggest problem was responding to our customer base's demands for data and analytics about their business.
The performance is amazing, the bench-marked tests and actual use we have experienced in comparison to other vendors is superb. The speed at which dashboards can be set up and shared is excellent.
Poor Marketing Connector. Lagging at the time of first connexion.
Since implementation, support has been outstanding. I really like the seamless integration of data report providers, map making tool and site photos tool.
I can't think of a single day where I have been mad or upset about using Quire.
It has been one of the best platforms we have invested in to help make our proposals and reports a better product.
The current presentation of "Source > Target" to me feels a little confusing compared to all of the other easy-to-use features.
I love the ease of compiling the information in one place and it creating a beautiful report.
I sometimes experience errors when tracking changes.
My favorite features of Quire are the mobile app and ability to label photos from the field and the amazing help staff available when needed.
As it is web-based, it is possible to have some lag and saving issued wen the internet is a bit slow.
Ahuva S.: Hey, my name is Ahuva. I'm a project manager and I give Sisense a four out of five. Click below for more reviews like this. Before using Sisense, we didn't have much of a BI solution. We did try Click. Click did not work out well because they didn't have open source capabilities to code additional features into the product. Sisense's open source was really our selling point. It's also super user-friendly, which we really appreciated. Sisense seemed like they would work with us in the most partner or partnership experience then all the other companies. They were extremely flexible. They had a lot of solutions for a lot of different concerns that we had and really it was customer service. When we first got started, our biggest challenge was to connect the software to our business model. We had a dedicated business analyst project manager, which actually was myself, and once we figured out exactly what we needed, we put together a plan and we implemented it with the help of Sisense support. They were great. Really on target, really on time, really fantastic at helping us launch by filling in little details that we needed to get it up and running. I recommend that you, first of all, really make a really strong list of what your needs are. Very critical. And once you really know what you need out of a BI solution, make sure you're choosing the one that will accommodate your needs. They're all slightly different. They all have different features, a little bit. But I think most importantly, once you decide on a platform to use, invest the time in setting it up because it's worth it. It's a little bit more of a focus that you need to put on just getting things up and running, but once they are up and running, people will love it and it will save you so much time and money and your businesses will just work so much better. The benefits are endless.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
