Constantly updated and worked on by the company it is feature rich and a solid support tool. Very happy with it and I have been using it since the FixMe days.
Unable to do connection with a single connection, ie. Working at home on my laptop I would like to connect to my primary workstation in the office and jump to users workstation which fails.
The reboot and reconnect features have been improved, and I also like having a variety of settings that allow me to choose how I want to see and control the remote desktop.
Constant updates that automatically occur and delay me connecting to a machine for a few minutes.
Overall it’s a great product. The price is right and the quality is good.
Multiple monitor controls. Two monitors visible is hard to control and switching between 2 is cumbersome.

I chose Remote Support just for the simple fact it's easy to launch, easy to use. The quality is perfect for me, and it's very affordable. It was so easy to import the remote software into my network. I mean, it seems like you want to make something new a little bit more difficult than it is. I just thought it was super easy. It was fast and we were up and running in no time. The best recommendation I can give you prior to onboarding Remote Support is make sure you have the hardware that's necessary for the speed and accuracy of number one, getting the software loaded and number two, the speed in which you get your answers to and from.
