I chose Remote Support just for the simple fact it's easy to launch, easy to use. The quality is perfect for me, and it's very affordable. It was so easy to import the remote software into my network. I mean, it seems like you want to make something new a little bit more difficult than it is. I just thought it was super easy. It was fast and we were up and running in no time. The best recommendation I can give you prior to onboarding Remote Support is make sure you have the hardware that's necessary for the speed and accuracy of number one, getting the software loaded and number two, the speed in which you get your answers to and from.

So we have proprietary software that can only be accessed while you are using Connect Secure. So if I just log into my company's user account, my user account and I try to access it, I can't. So it's essentially making sure that no unauthorized personnel can get to the software. It's software we use to edit and publish content. Not everybody has access to it because not everybody needs access to it. So that's really what it's used for. So it's for security purposes. What I like most about Connect Secure is it's simple to use. To access it I simply click on an icon on my desktop. I select the connection site and we have east and west set up. So since I'm on the west coast, I use west. Simply click that, enter my password and I'm good for eight hours. One thing I'd like to change about Connect Secure is although I am connected to it for eight hours or so procession. I would like to be able to stay connected longer, particularly on days when I have to work longer than eight hours. It's not a huge inconvenience. It's certainly by no means a huge hassle or deterrent to the product. It's just a minor inconvenience to have to log in again when you're already in a session. That's about the only negative thing I could say about Connect Secure.
