My experience with this software had been wonderful. The flexibility of the app, easy access,and the entire developer options makes it convenient for me to use and I admire not a lot.
Odd behavior with inherited permissions. Also, the drag and drop function does not work as intended.

It was so easy to import the remote software into my network. I mean, it seems like you want to make something new a little bit more difficult than it is. I just thought it was super easy. It was fast and we were up and running in no time. The best recommendation I can give you prior to onboarding Remote Support is make sure you have the hardware that's necessary for the speed and accuracy of number one, getting the software loaded and number two, the speed in which you get your answers to and from.
