What I like best is that BL is always improving the user experience and provides excellent content for our purposes. It is easy to upload custom content and track user progress in the LMS.
The consultants call, schedule follow ups and all it does is make me frustrated that I do not have time to do 'homework' on the system.
They take 1 course each month and they love it. Managers love that it is easy to use and the training department loves the ease of assigning and tracking courses in the system.
Odd glitches when logging in. Very common to log in a new user, create a password and then they are still logged in as whoever was on the computer last.
There is much more functionality in the new platform, especially in reporting. Alex Manolis has been wonderful since taking over as our Client Success Consultant and is an asset to your company.
It would be very difficult to go a long period without logging in and pick it back up because it follows almost none of the web conventions I'm used to.

As such, we've been unable to make use of their LMS, because it won't allow us to actually submit normal sized SCORM courses, which for our vendor can exceed 600MB/file.
The reporting features and email reminders were good.
I've NEVER heard of an LMS with a 200MB upload limit for SCORM courses, this is the lowest industry wide, that I've encountered.
Craig: Hi, I'm Craig. I'm an organizational development and effectiveness business partner at HMSA. We are the largest health insurer in Hawaii, and I would rate BizLibrary a three out of five. We considered using Udemy. We considered using Skillsoft. And we considered using LinkedIn Learning as our LMS at my company but decided to go with BizLibrary because of the customer service promises we were made. And also, it had a larger library that we thought would really fit what our employees needed. We chose BizLibrary because it was cheap, because we established a really good rapport with the customer service representative, and that was at a premium for us. We really wanted someone that we could rely on. This is our first experience actually downloading an LMS and having courses like this on offer for our employees, so we wanted to make sure that we were backed up and supported by the company. We also appreciated the short length of each course on BizLibrary. Now, there is a spectrum, but unlike some other LMS tools, we thought the shorter-length courses would be a really good fit for our company. We are very busy. People have very little time. So, if people are going to come and learn, it needs to be short, sweet. So again, we thought BizLibrary was a really good fit at that time. Getting started with BizLibrary was really easy and simple. The customer service part of BizLibrary, I have nothing bad to say. It was really excellent working with them. We use BizLibrary as our supplier of courses. We actually use Absorb as the learning management system. Another reason why we picked BizLibrary, which made the transition with BizLibrary really simple, is Absorb and BizLibrary work really well together. So once we got the casing, the shell that would be absorbed, putting in all the BizLibrary content was really easy. We felt supported throughout the whole experience. And we were able to get almost every course from BizLibrary onto Absorb on offer for our employees within a week. It was really easy. I would recommend BizLibrary for companies that are just kind of getting into the LMS game. At HMSA, a lot of our training and our training community was decentralized, so we didn't see a need to have a centralized LMS. But once we did, we wanted to put it online, and BizLibrary appealed to us again because it was cheap, it was easy to use, the customer service was excellent. It's a really good starter pack for the LMS system. If you're looking for something simple and easy to implement at your company, I would go with BizLibrary.
