I have used ConEst IntelliBid for over sixteen years and continue to be amazed of the constant upgrades that keep this software at the top.

However, due to the intricacies of the system the, maybe once the user gets it setup to suit their requirements there would be no need to update unless there is a failure in the operating system.

Call their support team - they are very easy to work with and pleasant.

This company is the poster child of the lackluster customer service that exists with many software companies that exploit a revenue with perpetuity business model.

The use of the product is pretty self explanatory. It is a good product to have.

We no longer are using the many functions, because they are just too time consuming and the material costs and labor times are not accurate enough for us to use.

Not only is this a great program but there customer service and support is amazing. I would highly recommend there estimating program.

Vendor pricing is very cumbersome and importing parts is a struggle if you don't do it very often.

User friendly, great data base, extensive print out option, great tech support.

Back when Windows Vista came out many business were having problems running their software on the Vista Platform and return to their previous Windows Program.

There are very good videos of how to do different things and are easy to follow.

I can't really think of anything that I don't like about the Software.

I've used Accubid and Estimation. Cert-in is by far the best for estimating and quality of reports.

This way you could have related menues grouped together. On the Bid Takeoff Detail pages the items which does not have a value are highlighted.
