JazzHR is on a mission to make recruiting and hiring not only affordable, but easy, effective and scalable no matter what growth looks like to your small-to-mid sized business.
myStaffingPro's target customer is from the US or Canada and has more than 100 employees. The system is not limited by industry, internet browser, hiring process, or integration possibilities,
I like the set up and ease of moving applicants along in the hiring process. Having the ability to leave notes to myself and communicate directly with applicants is very helpful.
Some people complain that the emails go to spam.
The price point of the products is very good based on the unlimited data records you can have in the system. Great features that allow you to integrate with other web platforms.
The only thing that I disliked was the default email settings. Any interaction from people applying for vacancies triggered email notifications.
Jazz is a great product for the price. Responsive customer service and user friendly software have made this technology a welcome addition to many teams where I consult.
My HR team set up the job posting and I was only in charged on the recruitment and viewing candidates on JazzHR so maybe it is a settings that we forgot to check.
Highly recommend this applicant tracking system; it is super easy to use and user friendly. It made our company's hiring process extremely smooth.
If for example some team members use it for booking interviews, but others insist on booking interviews through Outlook, it will be very difficult to keep track of what's happening.
MyStaffingPro provides excellent customer service. It is a solid Applicant Tracking System but it is their partnership that is the true difference.
The My Staffing Pro user interface is confusing, chaotic and messy. The platform that MSP uses is years behind the competition.
The product is robust, implementation was a snap, the customer service staff is superb and it is very fairly priced.
However, this has posed problems especially with candidates emailing their resumes in pdf format or dropping off hard copies of their resumes.
Overall, this is an outstanding service especially at this price point. Support is excellent and the system has been frequently upgraded.
Also, when I candidate goes back into their application, it looks like all of the uploaded job information is missing, so they ultimately end up redoing it all, which frustrates them.
MyStaffingPro is affordable, the customer service is prompt and helpful, and the product is very intuitive, easy to learn and adaptable. I would recommend you give it a try.
Unless you buy the sourcing module the reports are worthless. There are some tasks that can't be done without asking MSP to do them for us.
Nancy: Hi, I am Nancy. I'm the Director of Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement for an advertising agency. We have about 40 employees, and I give Jazz a three. So I've used a lot of other softwares in the past. I've used Jobvite, CATS, Lever, Workable, Jazz. I'm sure there's a couple of others, and there's a couple of proprietary ones as well. Overall, they each have their things that I liked and things that I didn't like. I have yet to find an ATS that gets everything right. Probably the one that I liked the most was Lever. Unfortunately, Lever is very expensive and out of the price range, and actually too robust for the company I'm with now. When I got to this company, they had already chosen Jazz and I'd used it before, so it was a fine transition for me. I believe the main reason they chose Jazz over other softwares, it's a relatively easy setup. It's pretty intuitive, and the cost is very reasonable for what it does. It does do a lot for the cost. So I honestly didn't have much of an onboarding process because I've used it before, and because I've used so many of them, they all work relatively the same. I was able to feel my way around. I did have to contact customer support a few times at the beginning to remind me of how things were. Customer support was always very helpful. I was just frustrated with the things that I felt like should be part of Jazz that weren't. If you're considering Jazz, make sure that you understand the full functionality and the scheduling component and how it all ties in. The last recommendation I have is I actually switched out of Jazz because I got so frustrated with the lag time. There's significant lag time on clicking between candidates or just doing anything, honestly. There were several other issues, which honestly I can't remember off the top of my head because it's been a while, but the main thing is make sure you understand what they're going to provide you if you switch to another system. The migration to the other system I went to did not go well at all. They provided me with basically over 1,000 files that were not mapped, and I had to figure out how to map them, which I unfortunately was never able to do. So in other good news is that I started with a brand new clean system. On the other hand, I lost significant notes because it wasn't provided to me in a file format that I could use, or even if I didn't want to do the migration and import it into the new system, literally, the files are all numbers and you can't figure out how they map together.
