Stova vs Ventla: Which is a better fit?

Etouches has been so wonderful for my first event. Since the software was created by event planners, it is very very user friendly and has helped create a great website to register for our event.

A simple task takes ages to change because they use a third-party HTML formatter that they do not support and have no control over. It has a mind of its own and is frustrating and scary to use.

The reporting is one of its best features of this system with a superb dashboard to analyse where you are with bookings, options, revenue, and more, at any time you need.

Within less than 24 hours of being told we were in "risk" after spending 3 hours creating a full registration page without warning our account was suspended and all of the work was lost.

The ability to template the routine events and still be flexible to create individual experiences for others. Customer service is exceptional - amazing support team who are always on hand to help.

Their rapid growth strategy has led to inconsistencies in their software. We've experienced recent outages of service which are quickly fixed, but inconvenient to us and our clients.

We were thrilled with the event set up support team servicing our account, and their ability to provide additional suggestions to enhance the data collection and user experience.

The look and style of the meeting registrations and the mobile app is limited.

Content preparation and organization was outstanding, this lead to great delivery and the audience was blown away.

I cannot say there was anything I disliked about the software.

The distributor reps use the app as a sales tool in the field and it works wonderfully for helping them share information about our product and its benefits.

The only negative is that you can only make admin changes on the desktop and not through the app.

Because it is an application aimed at meetings, conferences and interviews, sometimes the image and sound quality gets a little bad. But nothing that makes me stop using the app.

If you like to do things on your own you can follow the help guides and knock out the build in a few hours. If you want more advise, they are always willing to help.

They are cost-effective, but not "cheap" in the sense of a sub-par product, and fits in most of our budget needs, as we often have limited budgets to work with.
