My experience with the software has always been good, it is visual and easy to use and the customer service has always been excellent, quick and effective.

This platform is a user friendly which helps to automate D energetic features with a great customer support. Automatic calculation of Data and collaboration with providers is fully customisable.
The only problems I can think of are the struggle with retrieving data from the API and price per data connector.

The report is generated need to be modified which can consume a little bit Time for the user. There is no such major drawback in this platform.

The range of visuals that you can put into reports makes displaying data clean and the new flexibility of the reporting scheduling has just increased the capabilities.
