VelocityEHS vs Audit Prodigy: Which is a better fit?

My experience with the software has always been good, it is visual and easy to use and the customer service has always been excellent, quick and effective.

It is difficult to get rid of old mistakes once you have added them onto the system, for example if you create a base control by mistake.

Technical support is great, the updates are done automatically and good communication when this is done. Consultant support for significant projects is helpful.

Administrators were unable to make changes to list data which resulted in additional costs and lost time wating for the vendor to make the requested changes.

Having access to this helps all areas keep their MSDS/SDS and chemical control in line by having the ability to know what chemicals/products are approved for use in the department.

Functionality can be difficult to understand and apply to individual business needs. Often there is a lack of support materials specific to the issue being encountered.

Excellent customer service and fantastic subscription service allowing consecutive users.

I have yet to find anything about this software that would warrant a negative comment.

We're automating more, finding greater internal solutions, and when we have ideas Audit Prodigy is quick to listen and react. We are thrilled we made the switch.

Not so much a con, but more of a tip: take the time to consider how you frame your global risk universe as it is designed to use across modules.

Love the natural progression of work flow. Easy to follow and thoughtful.

No reminder send to the auditor when hit the deadline for the particular observation.

Very well organized, excellent tool to show exactly all audits in progress, and how the projects are progressing. Much more than a tool for reporting status, though.

Support is also excellent and very responsive.
