Its a really easy to use system, a great way to record information which is accessible to the whole team. Easy to track progress with opportunities and tasks.
Now everything is together. Before I call a customer, I have the information at my fingertips and it is difficult to catch me on a distraction.
It is very simple to use, got lots of great features, all the information is laid out well and easily the best kind of system i have used.
Lack of flexibility around dashboard and lack of integration with productivity tools such as Outlook.
The best thing is that after having to pay for every amendment, upgrades to the system are included in the price. I find the support team helpful and responsive and I would recommend them.
A little annoying doesn’t hold Company Name, Email Address and have to renter these every time access RSS.
The tech support has been brilliant - they are very responsive to an email request for help and sort out my problems very quickly.
Occasionally it crashes- but this usually lasts no longer than a couple minutes.
We have been successful with both of those, and I have been particularly impressed with the quality and flexibility of ActiveDEMAND's support team.
Sometimes it is difficult to talk to support through chat, ie. Trying to explain the problem, process etc.
Overall I have been very pleased with the platform. The chat function is very helpful and I almost always get an immediate response and help resolving the issues that I have.
Then you pay for something but there are several things that are not told, you are requested to pay other fees that nobody told at the beginning. My feeling is I waste lot of time, effort and money.
Active Demand is some pretty great software for a lot of our clients. We consider it an important part of our analytics stack to help our customers understand and grow their business.
Additionally, there are a ton of meaningless data entries now gumming up the running history in my CRM so that it's near impossible for me to find my last meeting notes.
All of the functionality and the ability to build custom work-flows/campaigns. There are pre-built templates that have been very helpful and the support staff has been amazing.
In the actual delivery there was actually no real content or working items.
