Its a really easy to use system, a great way to record information which is accessible to the whole team. Easy to track progress with opportunities and tasks.

It is very simple to use, got lots of great features, all the information is laid out well and easily the best kind of system i have used.
Lack of flexibility around dashboard and lack of integration with productivity tools such as Outlook.
The best thing is that after having to pay for every amendment, upgrades to the system are included in the price. I find the support team helpful and responsive and I would recommend them.
A little annoying doesn’t hold Company Name, Email Address and have to renter these every time access RSS.
The tech support has been brilliant - they are very responsive to an email request for help and sort out my problems very quickly.

The best feature of Vymo is that you can update all your activities, gain visibility through calendering, scheduling, etc. Also, live tracking and reminder notifications are the best features.
The major trouble I'm facing in this app is I am unable to get my previous month's data. As the the month ends, the data for that month disappears automatically.
It's a good application for me, very to easy use this application, meeting reminder and recruitment call intimation. Such a nice application.
Lack a search option in the meeting location. The Vymo running notification on the app drawer is a bit irritating.
Good to track progress on any lead. Best part is that it can also be operated by app.
The only bad thing about VYMO is it stuck sometimes. Software also makes phone a little bit heavier that make the phone perform slow.

And for the amount of features it had it really made sense to go with this company. Really Simple Systems has a great support team. They are able to walk us through just about anything. In fact, they are able to set up options and create custom fields for us, so it really was a no-brainer from that standpoint. For any small business that's looking for a CRM tool, I'd recommend Really Simple Systems. It's very cost-effective and the support is really second to none.
