You are unable to unselect the default fields. We've also struggled to get the spotio calendar to sync with Google Calendar.

We use Spotio to track our door to door operations when it comes to business to business. With Spotio, we're able to track all of the appointments that we have from phone calls to emails. This program is also used to take photos and to get pictures back to our system so we know exactly what type of masks, what type of services, and ultimately what type of uniforms they use from their current vendor. This program is something that's revolutionary when it comes to doing B2B business in the style of sales. What I like best about Spotio is a multitude of things. One of the options with it is that you can actually color coordinate certain pins with what they mean. What I mean by that is people that you go to for a meeting for an appointment that you drop off information to, you can track it based on using a color coordinated process. Instead of having pins that are all the same color, similar to Google, we are actually able to use this program to track restaurants, hotels, industrial businesses, with the click of a simple button, or you can use your phone for this program as well. It takes literally 10 seconds to create a pin and you can use as many colors and as many pins as you would like to make this program work for you, so that you can remember each and every appointment that you go to instead of forgetting. The last thing I would have to say is being able to take photos at the site is the other benefit. Instead of saying it's the same restaurant, the same McDonald's, you don't have to worry about it it's all about personal. What does this business have and what do they need? The least thing that I like about Spotio is sometimes when it comes to the network, sometimes that could be something particular with the phone or the network that you're on, but when it comes to adding pictures, photos, and different information you'll always want to make sure that you save at the end. So one of the things that I do not like is when it comes down to getting information saved and not knowing if it is saved, if you're in a bad service area. I know this could be something that may not be fully on Spotio, but it's always something to double check to make sure that your phone and the app are both running simultaneously together.
