Its a really easy to use system, a great way to record information which is accessible to the whole team. Easy to track progress with opportunities and tasks.
Now everything is together. Before I call a customer, I have the information at my fingertips and it is difficult to catch me on a distraction.
It is very simple to use, got lots of great features, all the information is laid out well and easily the best kind of system i have used.
Lack of flexibility around dashboard and lack of integration with productivity tools such as Outlook.
The best thing is that after having to pay for every amendment, upgrades to the system are included in the price. I find the support team helpful and responsive and I would recommend them.
A little annoying doesn’t hold Company Name, Email Address and have to renter these every time access RSS.
The tech support has been brilliant - they are very responsive to an email request for help and sort out my problems very quickly.
Occasionally it crashes- but this usually lasts no longer than a couple minutes.

The product sometimes, due to releasing very new updates often, suffers from a performance or stability standpoint. It can be annoying but it does not happen frequently enough to warrant a discussion.
Customer support is amazing, quick to respond and resolve questions and issues. The system has been great for us and allows us to take our marketing efforts to the next level.
Nurture and drip campaigns are hard to set up within the software. I can never get them to work correctly or know if I am doing something wrong.

The templates are difficult to use, and placing pictures in emails is difficult.
Overall, my experience has been very positive. We get great analytics out of this program, and great customer support.
The only downside to SalesFUSION is that with all of its features, it takes some time to learn all of the platform's capabilities.

For any small business that's looking for a CRM tool, I'd recommend Really Simple Systems. It's very cost-effective and the support is really second to none.
