Customizable volunteer management software designed for community organizations, schools, cities, businesses, churches, and professional associations from all over the world.
Overall, our experience has been good; definitely better than what we had previously. Based on some surveys, our volunteers do not seem to be as impressed or fond of it.
In some cases we have even stopped asking them to be involved in the process because it can cause them so much frustration.
The ease of use and mobile-friendly format have greatly improved our volunteer center's ability to efficiently connect those who want to volunteer with opportunities to help.
The feature to find an agency doesn't work. You can put in the agency name and it will no longer find it, but rather you have to look at the whole list.
It has been a phenomenal addition to our United Way. The staff and support have been exceptional and we are thrilled we made the switch.
I wouldn't email and wouldn't get a response for days to a week. I was always talking to someone new, so there was no relationship built.
This software provides a clean and beautiful user interface for volunteers looking for opportunities on our database.
This review will be mostly in regards to the service-learning module. Every semester we deal with a number of issues in regards to agency managers being confused about how to use the SLM.
We love the reliability of the customer support team, the features and how much we get to save compared to other volunteer management systems in the market.
With that being said, I feel it would be unfair to list the (few) complaints I have before trying to seek aid from your customer service.
Reports are so easy and also simple to read and understand especially for people not familiar with what managers do. The customer service is fantastic.
My issue lies more with fault on my end. I have questions and suggestions but have failed to set aside sufficient time to address them.
I think the improvement made with the page headers (instead of having to go back to the main dashboard all the time) was a HUGE improvement and made it much easier to use on the admin side.
Returning users can get confused with not initially setting a password.
It's ease of use and flexibility allows us to customize event listings for whatever needs we have. It is user friendly for both the event organizer and the volunteer.
I would say 75% of our volunteers will use the software. I'm not sure how to remedy this, but lots of our larger corporate sponsors and elder Church coalitions refuse to use the system.
