VolunteerMatters helps non-profits and municipalities with a large and/or complex volunteer workforce to automate and amplify their volunteer programs.

Our organization loves the ease of creating volunteer opportunities, the option for integrated background checks, and the ability to design the application as we need.
I wouldn't say I have anything I necessarily dislike. As I learn more about Volunteer Matters, I may have some suggestions of things to add, but nothing that I outright don't like.
I appreciate the intuitive, easy to use platform, the plethora of information available in training videos and the help blogs, and the ease of launching the software.
