The platform is able to be fully customized and everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been prompt, polite and effective. I am very happy with my decision to use them as our EHR.
So I suffer through these issues, understanding that in 5 years of use, the problems have not improved-they've actually worsened.
It is easy to customize, easy to use, has the best ipad functionality, excellent customer support, fair pricing and is fast.
What upsets me is that there is no one to speak to in regards to support. I have lost alot of time because the website will not allow me to reset my password.
I love the ability to customize my own templates and create forms that will work for my practice. I enjoy the sleek design and ability to use the App for easy access in the field.
Poor onboarding process. Incompetent staff, unauthorised billing, security breach, non- existent customer service.

In addition, the customer support team has been wonderful. They have been friendly, knowledgeable and responsive on the rare occasion when issues arise.
The Flexibility and Interface is very limited. The is no way to do cataract or refractive surgery planning.
The workflow of Integrity is excellent and it guides you through the exam. There aren't multiple tabs and screens to search through.
There are many run- time errors that occur. Image management is limited.

We are a large surgically oriented practice and they have repeatedly failed to provide surgical planning modules which have been repeatidly promised and delayed. They are a very small company.
When a note is printed or a letter is generated for a referring physician, the printout is organized beautifully and reads like an Ophthalmology note is intended to be read.
Therefore, the mistake becomes a permanent part of the patients chart.

I use DrChrono on a daily basis for scheduling all of my sessions with my clients and navigating all of their billing and just keeping track of everything that comes along with providing the care for the current clients that I provide service for. I like the ease of being able to schedule and move around clients, also working within each separate client's profile is really easy to access everything that I need and I know exactly where to find different pieces of their file. Something I dislike about DrChrono is I sometimes feel I will click onto something and then save it and come to find out it doesn't always do that for me. That may be a user end issue, but I definitely run into that sometimes, or even maybe the refreshing. But dealing with HIPAA compliant software is that's definitely a common thing that you experience.
