RevolutionEHR vs DrChrono: Which is a better fit?

I have used this software for years, and the flexibility is such an amazing part. I love that I can tailor it to my needs, which may be different than another user in the same office.

Sometimes information gets lost if you are clicking too quickly or if there are two people in a chart.

I like the cloud based system and how the updates and improvements happen regularly for the fee. The techniques that make for better efficiencies are great.

Inability to integrate with other software‘s easily (optos, zeiss, online intake forms).

Encounter documentation clarity and efficiency with much greater confidence on all our medical billing and coding encounters.

Take a Second Look at Revolution EHR--Don't be intimidated with new technology.

I feel this software can be modified to fit just about anyone's optometric practice. The only problem I can for see would be user transitioning from traditional record keeping to computerized.

The platform is able to be fully customized and everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been prompt, polite and effective. I am very happy with my decision to use them as our EHR.

So I suffer through these issues, understanding that in 5 years of use, the problems have not improved-they've actually worsened.

It is easy to customize, easy to use, has the best ipad functionality, excellent customer support, fair pricing and is fast.

What upsets me is that there is no one to speak to in regards to support. I have lost alot of time because the website will not allow me to reset my password.

I love the ability to customize my own templates and create forms that will work for my practice. I enjoy the sleek design and ability to use the App for easy access in the field.

Poor onboarding process. Incompetent staff, unauthorised billing, security breach, non- existent customer service.

This still feels like a relatively young product with great potential. The price is very appealing.

As a medical director, I was unable to do the data searches required and task completions that were required. That’s not even speaking on the business end where the financial interface was poor.
