Capterra’s researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.

Capterra lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. Capterra is free for users. DrChrono serves small single provider practices and large medical group practices with multiple specialty customizations.
ChiroFusion has been developed exclusively for Chiropractors. Our software is designed in a way that allows it to 'think' and work the way Chiropractors do, making it easy to learn and use.
The platform is able to be fully customized and everyone I have had the opportunity to work with has been prompt, polite and effective. I am very happy with my decision to use them as our EHR.
So I suffer through these issues, understanding that in 5 years of use, the problems have not improved-they've actually worsened.
It is easy to customize, easy to use, has the best ipad functionality, excellent customer support, fair pricing and is fast.
What upsets me is that there is no one to speak to in regards to support. I have lost alot of time because the website will not allow me to reset my password.
I love the ability to customize my own templates and create forms that will work for my practice. I enjoy the sleek design and ability to use the App for easy access in the field.
Poor onboarding process. Incompetent staff, unauthorised billing, security breach, non- existent customer service.
This still feels like a relatively young product with great potential. The price is very appealing.
As a medical director, I was unable to do the data searches required and task completions that were required. That’s not even speaking on the business end where the financial interface was poor.
Stavros was super helpful in recommending shortcuts/tricks/tips to save time and improve efficiency.
The biggest issue is we use a third party billing service and we are having some struggles getting things just right. I have had to pay for extra with my biller to sit down and figure things out.
Their documentation for doctors makes notes simple, accurate, affordable, and efficient. I am so glad I chose them for the foundation of my EHR and I recommend you do the same.
Nothing we can think of is negative regarding this software.
The daily reports are comprehensive, and the exam routines are very comprehensive, and will allow you to include as much information as you would really care to have in the file.
Also when I charge say $50 dollars to a person, its over kill in my type of practice to type in $50 on the left column then again in the daily charge after selecting the date I want to charge.
I love that it is web based, so I can access it from anywhere. The overall look of the pages are very good and clear.
I dislike the redundancy of steps needed to make a payment.
Loni M.: My name is Loni. I'm a licensed therapist and I give DrChrono a four rating. For more like this click here. I use DrChrono on a daily basis for scheduling all of my sessions with my clients and navigating all of their billing and just keeping track of everything that comes along with providing the care for the current clients that I provide service for. I like the ease of being able to schedule and move around clients, also working within each separate client's profile is really easy to access everything that I need and I know exactly where to find different pieces of their file. Something I dislike about DrChrono is I sometimes feel I will click onto something and then save it and come to find out it doesn't always do that for me. That may be a user end issue, but I definitely run into that sometimes, or even maybe the refreshing. But dealing with HIPAA compliant software is that's definitely a common thing that you experience.
Karen D: Hi, I'm Karen, and I'm the executive director for a nonprofit organization and we use Campaigner, and I give that a five. We use Campaigner to send out periodic newsletters to those who have interest in our organization. What I really like best about Campaigner is that it's so easy to use. I've been retired for several years and it's not hard for me to work my way through the ins and outs of sending out a newsletter once a month or every other month. And if I get into trouble, I can always call and I can get somebody on the line right away to help me. There's not much not to like about Campaigner, but one of the things that comes to mind is that having worked under corporate newsletter capability, Campaigner, although simple, in its simplicity it may be limited in a few of the bells and whistles that I used to be using while I was a professional person in the corporate industry.
