CompLogix Compensation vs CompAnalyst: Which is a better fit?

Customization, implementation, ease of use and visually appealing. The CompLogix tool is fantastic.

Our only complaint is that we didn't implement CompLogix years ago.

Overall, we were very satisfied with Harvest's compensation module and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cost-effective and reliable solution.

There is currently no integration with our HRIS system. Which means we have to upload manually.

An added bonus was the system's ability to generate compensation letters for all the employees. Perhaps more important that all the above was the outstanding customer service we have received.

It is hard for me to think of a con for this software.

Simple, intuitive, yet powerful tool with robust reporting and data delivery features. Integration was seamless and customer support is superb.

It is a hierarchy based build and that is the only frustrating thing to me - the hierarchical build can be a bit complex given the size of our organization the the frequent changes in our structure.

He is always extremely responsive and there for me when I need him, and in particular when I need his support the most when deadlines are closing in. Great, great, product that I highly recommend.

My only complaint is that the software runs slowly when using the online version of the workbook and when refreshing pages/moving between pages in the application.
