You get an excellent product & excellent customer service for a good price. They are constantly upgrading their product and coming out with new features.
TERRIBLE reporting (especially marketing), restrictive customization (practically none), and just terrible customer service (outside of one gentleman and a lady, who was our onboarder).
They use great business logic. They seem to have a good handle on the future and what will be coming and help us automate for us.
It is especially frustrating when Clearcare keeps on apologizing but does not prorate the monthly bill for this huge inconvenience. I have complained to their management but they do not budge.

When a fix needs to move to tier 2 you, there is no follow up.

We use Brightree for both Home Health and Hospice. We chose Brightree a few years ago after having a bad experience with another vendor.
They are invested in analytics and assuring that our clinical staff have ease of documentation in the field. Their customer service is timely and responsive to follow up.
