The Rand Platform vs TruckX: Which is a better fit?

A great api with very responsive servers which make integration a simple excercise. The breadcrumbs sliding time scale is great and the distance travelled by each vehicle.

I contacted the company sent device to them they sent it back with a new cord to charge but there was no change.

Good accurate tracking and vehicle information. The sections we use is simple and easy to use however I feel there is so much more that we can and should be utilising.

Customer service, had a hard time getting some one to call us back about issues.

We liked the fact that we will be able to pull our IFTA reporting much more quickly. We also likes the features this system had for the drivers.

Advanced warning system or notifications rather than self discovery could avoid frustrations. I would like to see more regular release of updates and improvements.

Glitchy, more often than I like and most often when we go to use critical functions we find devices or software are failing us.

I love the real-time notifications, simple logs and easy navigation that make my life as a driver easier. Moreover, TruckX’s customer support is also responsive and responsive when I call.

The one negative that I have experienced is that sometimes the app lags at times, which delays updates. That’s not a big deal, but it gets annoying when I need to know something fast.

My experience with TruckX ELD has been great. It’s a solid, practical solution that allows me to concentrate on driving, not technical stuff.

A few times the logbook would stop working and I would have to stop and reset it which caused me to lose time.

I have so bad service with TruckX, because they didn't want to refund my money back. I didn't use their device since from June 2022.

Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.

Everything, FMCSA has already revoked their wireless ELD, just a matter of time before my complaint gets these scammers out of there.
