Our experience with Stamps.com was excellent. Customer service always friendly and eager to help.
You have to pay the postage rates, plus pay a membership fee, plus purchase the paper you buy the stamps on. If you mess up the printing, it is a real pain to try and print a new sheet.
I am happy with the software and it helps my staff to speed up their paperwork and save their time.
It caused me so much anxiety; it made me absolutely dread going to the post office and some of my packages would even go out late because I would postpone mailing them.
I like the ease of use and being able to cut out trips to the post office is great. Printing stamps from home is a great idea.
The website is buggy and gets stuck where all the selections in a mandatory drop down list are disabled.
At the time I used this product, it was super convenient as I was in a long distance relationship and sent a lot of snail mail. The ease of this, to be able to print shipping labels, was amazing.
My only complaint is that stamps.com hasn't always been around. If I had known about it sooner, I would have wasted a lot less time in line at the Post Office.
