eWorkOrders CMMS vs Officetrax Facilities: Which is a better fit?

We at Celgene Facilities Department are very pleased with the eWorkOrders system and appreciate Jeff Roscher for all of his amazing support.

There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly.

It helps us reduce our paper use, the what's new feature is terrific much better than getting emails, it is quite a flexible program and our tech support has been awesome.

There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

Ease of use is great; Captures all user requests easily; Report generation is great for trending information; great way to reconcile requests, at the end of a given period.

Settings on the back end can be a little difficult to navigate.

I love the simplicity, plus the ability to add what ever pieces you need as you grow and develop. We have multiple sites, a couple folks and love the mobile app.

The initial PM set up was a bit confusing in terms of assigning the assets to the PM.

Great experience on both sides of the portal. Awesome support an the capabilities are endless.

The reporting functionality is horrible. All I get is a data dump that I have to manipulate myself in Excel.

Customizable, affordable, reliable. Excellent customer service and open to ideas to make the system better on an ongoing basis.

The Timeout function is annoying. There is no save feature so if we step away from our desk for too long all of our work is lost.

Overall, this is one of the best websites that is used by our customers. We would recommend it to all of them.

The selection for work orders, I am always putting in the wrong work order because its very vague on what each work order is.

Great support staff and ease of use. The reporting capabilities satisfy our customers and allow us to teach them the process.

This is a major problem for me, especially when taking vacation, or out sick.
