eWorkOrders CMMS vs NetFacilities: Which is a better fit?

We at Celgene Facilities Department are very pleased with the eWorkOrders system and appreciate Jeff Roscher for all of his amazing support.

There are a lot of CMMS systems out there that are very costly.

It helps us reduce our paper use, the what's new feature is terrific much better than getting emails, it is quite a flexible program and our tech support has been awesome.

There is no partial item count (ex. Received 2 of 3) on the purchase order record if there is a partial receipt.

Ease of use is great; Captures all user requests easily; Report generation is great for trending information; great way to reconcile requests, at the end of a given period.

Settings on the back end can be a little difficult to navigate.

I love the simplicity, plus the ability to add what ever pieces you need as you grow and develop. We have multiple sites, a couple folks and love the mobile app.

The initial PM set up was a bit confusing in terms of assigning the assets to the PM.

I and my staff have been using the system for almost a year now and we are all thrilled with how well the system works and the ease of use.

There are several issues/features missing or incomplete with this software. Sort by date does not process years correctly under the Reports by Schedule.

I was impressed at NetFacilities' data management capability. Support team personnel were always very courteous and helpful.

It is difficult to find work orders that I have put in for my location. We have multiple locations in our agency so its difficult to find specific ones.

My employees love it, my vendors love it, my accounts payable department loves it. I can't say enough good about it.

Sometimes other employees have trouble putting orders in the correct place.

We have been absolutely thrilled with Netfacilities. The product is easy to use, professional in appearance, scalable and economically priced.

Missing Budget module and when we print work orders the "work order printed" should be in the audit trail of the printed copy.
