Trakstar Perform vs Ingentis org.manager: Which is a better fit?

Overall experience has been great - the product is a great value; it's easy to use and to teach others to use. The service team is very responsive.

You have to dismiss it manually every time, it is ridiculous, unnecessary, and very annoying.

They are super responsive, great to work with, and have helped me find some work-arounds for things that we needed for our company.

They try to make up for it with their training, but it just seemed to frustrate me more that they wouldn't fix the clear weaknesses and complexness of their interface to suit the customer.

Long story short; Good software, great costumer service and still some room for improvement to stay on top of the game.

It's difficult to do anything outside of the structured process that is already setup. There is no way to export reports, just print.

Excellent process automation, customizable reminder emails, ability to clearly define scores, outstanding and fast-responding customer service.

On occasion, the system has been slow due to heavy traffic. Lately we haven't had this problem.

The customer service support we received in ensuring the software was fit for our needs was outstanding.
